RETURN, EXCHANGE AND COMPLAINTS
A purchase can be returned within 14 days of receiving the item (s) – under certain conditions.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN, EXCHANGE AND COMPLAINTS OF GOODS
The goods must be unused and in the same condition and quantity as delivered with original tags, and original packing.
It is important that the item (s) to be sent in the mail is wrapped so that the original packaging (ex. shoe box) are not destroyed. Goods that is returned in original packing with shipping label taped on will not be processed.
Unfortunately for hygenical reasons we do not accept return on swimwear and lingerie.
For customized products as men’s, ladies suits and shirts ordered to your specifications and design, the 14 day return policy does not apply. In case of adjustments that needs to be made this will be done at no cost (locally). If adjustment is not possible a new product will be made as of the specification provided at no cost.
if you need to exchange an item please send the product in return to us. The procedure can be found with the product. The product must be treated as described under Terms.
If something is wrong with your order-a missing item, or we have sent you the wrong item, we will send a new item free of charge. Send an email to Customer Service with information on order number, your complaint and your contact information. If your complaint is valid we will cover your return shipping.
PROCEDURE FOR ONLINE SHOP RETURNS
If by any case you need to return products to the online store you can use the return label that is located in your shipment. Return label is prepaid and can be used within the validity date indicated at the top right. Due tracking ability and insurance, we recommend you to use Posten Norway Package or Smartpost (locally) if you wish to return goods to us by mail. It can take up to 14 days before we have processed your return and the money is returned to your card. The product must be treated as described above.
DO THE FOLLOWING:
• Send an e-mail with information about the order number, what you are returning and your contact information to Customer Service before sending items in return.
• Fill withdrawal form enclosed in your shipment. Apply your order number listed on your bill or My page.

• You will be credited your purchase and any shipping costs you have had in connection with the purchase within 14 days after we have received the item. Customer covers all shipping costs back to us.
